Established in 1999, we have decades of collective & comprehensive knowledge and experience. Meaning that we are able to provide the most value and innovation per your dollar spent. Satisfaction is guaranteed for all out services. We’ll bend over backwards to do so.
Bay Pump started out with a single boat not much larger than a bath tub. Trailoring it back and forth between San Diego and Mission Bay. It wasn’t (and still isn’t) uncommon for us to spend more money on a pump-out than we make for service to some of our remote areas.
Over the years, word of mouth enabled Bay Pump to take over pump-out services from AWS (our competition in Mission Bay), A Royal Flush (our major competitor in San Diego Bay), and Pacific Bay.
Later on, Bay Pump added services (see Services tab) as our fleet, personnel, and our equipment became state of the art. Our boats are the most reliable in San Diego, each with twin engines helping to ensure that we can do what we say we will do, when we say we will do it.
We have three operational boats so you will never hear the words “we can’t pump you out because our boat is broken”.
Each boat has two pumps aboard so you will never hear the words “we can’t pump you out because the pump is broken”.
We have two experienced boat operators so you will never hear the words “we can’t pump you out because our driver is sick”.
Our loading capacity of each of our boats exceed those of our competitors by hundreds of gallons.
Our schedule is far more flexible than any others, all marinas in San Diego Bay Monday – Friday and Tuesday & Thursday on Mission Bay.
Our billing is quick and accurate. If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it at our expense.

MEN OF THE ROCK PURPOSE STATEMENT
To Cultivate and Reproduce Impactful Men of God who are Spiritual Servant Leaders in their Families, Workplaces, Churches, and Communities.
WHAT IS MEN’S MINISTRY?
A place where a man can come and be introduced to a continuous, intimate, loving relationship with Jesus Christ that is real and personal. A place where men can genuinely come together being Authentic, Transparent, and Safe. In this refuge, men have an opportunity to grow in their relationship with God through prayer, Scripture, and being encouraged by other like-minded men as they gather together in fellowship, spurring one another on toward love and good deeds. It is through our Men's Groups that transparency occurs, addressing real-life issues. By introducing men to a real and personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, men become filled with His love and the overflow of God's love begins to flow in and through him, touching others around him in the Father's love.
Matthew 28:19 is NOT called "THE GREAT SUGGESTION"! It is called THE GREAT CO-MISSION. Indeed Matthew 28:20 says it clearly. "Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you". Disciples are made through teaching. Teaching not only with words but with the power of Jesus. He will be present with His people until the job of making disciples is done. And when is that? Until the end of the age! We can not and will not be alone. We have each other, and Jesus who says, "Lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." No one can do this alone.

We will continually experience God, we will hear God's voice daily, we will learn scripture, break bread in fellowship, and become impactful spiritual servant leaders in our families, work, church & community. We will learn Godly obedience & become disciplined men of prayer, and men who worship the God Most High El Elyon! This is NOT a box to check off. We will read 12 books, complete 4 workbooks, memorize scripture, give & receive accountability. By the end of the year, we will all experience a changing life through a growing relationship with Jesus.

Cruise 4 Kids (C4K)
Cruise 4 Kids is a non-profit 501(c)3 known for their Sports & Exotic Car Events. Better recognized as “C4K Rally”, we invite high-end luxury and sports car owners to participate in our annual “car shows & cruises” in San Diego. C4K combines the passion for cars and kids to create auto related community events for the public to enjoy. The vision is to create family friendly events that brings the community together and new excitement to the San Diego car community. Starting in 2011, Cruise 4 Kids has held annual car rallies and shows to raise money and awareness of local non-profits serving our sick and underprivileged children in our community.

We are a ministry that loves Jesus, loves people, and loves our community. We are passionate about helping people become fully devoted followers of Christ, turning the hearts of youth and families back to God and to each other.
The Wheels Ministry serves the community and fellowships with believers and non-believers who share similar interests in die-cast car collecting. All types of die cast car enthusiasts are encouraged to join.
We meet on the third Thursday of each month from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM, at the Rock Church Point Loma Campus, for prayer, fellowship, sharing the word, engaging in a fun filled time, with other die-cast enthusiasts. Families, children 3+, adults are encouraged to come and participate. If you enjoy collecting, trading, building tracks, racing die-cast cars, then this is the ministry for you. Bring your favorite car(s) for sharing, trading, to use on the down hill race track.
