2,000 years ago, Jesus was crucified on a Roman cross and laid to rest in a quiet tomb – but he didn’t stay there! Three days later, he rose from the dead, proving that he is the Son of God and offering salvation and the forgiveness of sins to all who repent and believe.
This is the mystery of the gospel. The resurrection wasn’t just a historical event. It wasn’t just a Bible story that has no real impact on our lives. The resurrection changes everything.
Because Jesus really did live, and he really did die, and he really was raised from the dead. And if you want resurrection power in your own life, that life is for you.
Romans 8:11 tells us, "The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you.”
This means that the same incredible power that brought Jesus back to life is at work in us, offering us new life and strength every day.
Will you allow God into the brokenness of your life and allow Him to bring resurrection to it? Will you say “yes” to Jesus and allow Him to bring you Back to Life?
